Shukla Aerospace provides design and stress engineering services for conceptual, preliminary and detail design phase of the full aircraft development program.

• Initial and Detail Sizing of Primary and Secondary Structure of the Aircraft with Classical Hand Calculations
• Produce Stress Report and Certification Report
• Stress Engineering Services for Composite and Metal Structures

AIRCRAFT MECHANICAL SYSTEM DESIGN

We design and analyze all flight control systems, passenger door, emergency exit door and all other mechanical systems and produce stress reports.

• Loads Analysis: Determine Apply Load and Calculate Load Path Throughout the Control Systems
• Initial and Detail Sizing of the Control System Parts with Classical Hand Calculations
• Develop FE Models and Perform Detail FE Analysis

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE AND MODIFICATION

We design and analyse Fire Fighter System, engine mount, installation, antenna installation, boom installation, throttle, side stick, instrument panels installation, skin repair and all other modification to the aircraft/rotorcraft and produce stress reports for STC approval.
